Transitional jobs program to help non-custodial parents
Goodwill and the Georgia Department of Human Services Division of Child Support Services are participating in a national research project, GoodTransitions, to help low-income, non-custodial parents find stable employment. Participants will receive short-term paid transitional jobs in addition to enhanced supportive services:

Occupational skills training

Case management

Job placement and retention assistance
Eligibility: Unemployed/low income non-custodial parents with a child support order in place and who live in Cobb, Gwinnett, Fulton, DeKalb, Henry, or Clayton counties. Half of eligible applicants will be admitted to this program.
