Goodwill’s Forklift Training Program: Get the skills to become a certified and successful operator

Are you interested in a career in forklift operation and supply-chain management? Let Goodwill help you get there. Our Forklift Training is a 2- to 4-week certification program that includes hands-on operation instruction led by Toyota Forklifts and job-readiness training at a Goodwill Career Center.
 

Program participants will receive the following:

• Instruction in stand-up reach, Electric pallet jack, sit-down counterbalance, and order picker style forklift operation

• OSHA general industry and CPR/First Aid training

• Job placement assistance
 

Eligibility:
Participants must be at least 18 years old, able to pass a drug screening and criminal background check, and able to push, pull, and lift at least 75 pounds on a frequent basis.
 

This program is available at the Decatur, Duluth, Athens, Oakwood and Woodstock Career Centers.
